Counseling is a process used to aid individuals, couples, families, etc in bettering their life. A typical session lasts about 50 minutes. During the sesssion we will discuss your unique issues and desires. We will then work together to develop habits and techniques that will be more helpful to you and your situation. Regardless of your circumstances or reasons for seeking therapy your sessions will remain neutral and judgment free. My overall belief in therapy is that you are doing the best you can, and interested in bettering your life.
