Individual Therapy

 

For individuals age 18 and up. 

 

Life produces plenty of ups and downs. Therapy can be helpful for treating a variety of issues ranging from depression and anxiety, to helping individuals cope with self esteem, relationships, health, school, and career challenges. I utilize a range of modalities to help individuals including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), etc.
